Essential SpecificationSubstantial senior business analysis experience in complex service improvement or organisational change, including processes crossing organisational and professional boundaries.Strong requirements in management, prioritisation, process mapping, acceptance criteria and change control skills, with evidence of translating ambiguous problems into practical improvements and supporting implementation.Demonstrable project or programme delivery management skills: integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency and risk management, recovery planning and coordination of interdependent activities.
