This Food Manufacturing company supplies Fresh Produce to both small and large supermarkets as well as restaurant groups across the UK, operating a modern hydroponic farming environment to produce several thousand tonnes of goods annually. In this role you will start off in the picking and packing department while undertaking training in various machinery and FLT operations before progressing into production line leadership. You''ll then take responsibility for several Operators across one line before receiving the opportunity to take on additional direct reports. The idea candidate will have 3+ years'' experience in production operations - ideally in a FMCG environment such as Food Manufacturing - and will have a good work ethic along with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
