Your new role As a Level 2 (or above) qualified General Teaching Assistant, you''ll be able to support an EYFS classroom working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You will assist a SEND child by providing general classroom support as well as being able to modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day. What you''ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you''ll need to be Level 2 qualified or above in childcare or education, with a proactive and supportive attitude.
