Chronos helps investors, developers, and utilities navigate complex battery storage investments, directly influencing how storage assets are deployed across global markets. We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Associate Product Manager to support the development and expansion of Chronos.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality product features and improvements, ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams, and helping scale Chronos across diverse geographies and use cases. You will work closely with Product Managers to execute the roadmap and drive initiatives that align with user needs and market trends.

This role is fast-paced and detailed-oriented, requiring strong problem-solving skills, organisational abilities, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who can execute efficiently, apply feedback holistically, and drive deliverables forward while collaborating effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of Chronos'' platform scaling roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader product strategy and business goalsManage and maintain the product backlog of user needs and feature requests, ensuring that development priorities are clear and structuredTranslate storage market insights and stakeholder needs into structured technical requirements, collaborating with modellers, software engineers, and analysts to bring them to executionTake ownership of defined workstreams and support their development from planning through delivery, ensuring that execution is timely and meets quality standardsDrive clarity in project execution, ensuring that technical teams and business stakeholders are aligned on key objectivesTrack development progress, identify blockers, and ensure smooth feature rolloutsProactively document best practices and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiencyAdapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring that work remains aligned with business needs and team objectives

What we are looking for

Required attributes:

2-4 years of experience in an analytical, software, or product-related role, ideally in energy, finance, consulting, or researchQuick, self-directed learner with the ability to ramp up quickly in complex domainsStrong problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying key patterns in data and applying insights to product executionProven ability to manage structured workstreams, ensuring clear alignment between business needs and technical executionExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and track deliverables effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesirable attributes:

Experience in product management or working with software development teamsFamiliarity with power market economics, renewables, or storage investmentsCompetence in data analysis tools (Python, R, Matlab, or similar) is a plusExposure to agile development methodologies and user research practices
