About the Role: You will be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring a team of 7-8 negotiators. Your team will focus on outbound activity to generate and convert branch loadings, feeding valuable opportunities into the wider lettings business. This is a hands-on leadership role - you''ll lead from the front, spending around 50% of your time on the phones, driving performance and supporting your team to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Motivate: Manage and develop a team of negotiators within the Lettings Team, fostering a high-performance, positive culture. Drive Performance: Actively participate in outbound calling alongside your team to meet and exceed targets. Analyse and Report: Monitor KPIs, track campaign progress and provide clear performance reporting to senior management. Collaborate: Work closely with the wider Lettings department to ensure smooth campaign execution and accurate data handover.
