Senior Manager Supported Living and Short Breaks
This permanent role has a starting salary of £70,975 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. We have a great opportunity to join our in-house Supported Living Service and Residential Homes team as a Senior Manager. We support hybrid working with the right balance. You will be responsible for ensuring that these services are safe, person-centred, financially sustainable, and fully compliant with Care Quality Commission regulations. At the same time, you will drive innovation and ensure alignment with the Council''s vision for delivering high-quality adult social care
