Key responsibilities include: Managing customer accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for export-related enquiries. Coordinating export shipments and ensuring customer requirements are met throughout the process. Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Providing shipment updates and proactively communicating any delays or issues. Preparing and checking export documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Supporting customers with quotations, bookings, and service queries. Monitoring shipment milestones and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved.
