Data and Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain records management processes and policiesIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processesSet up and manage automated data processesProduce and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Support and develop reporting processesDesign and analyse surveys, presenting insights clearlyCreate dashboards, graphs, and visualisations to support decision makingMine and analyse large datasets, drawing valid inferences for management teamsExperience and qualifications
2 years experience in a similar data or reporting roleStrong logical, mathematical, and numerical aptitudePassion for problem solving and analytical thinkingAbility to communicate technical data issues to non-technical audiencesCreative flair for presenting data in a clear, engaging wayEssential
Experience with Power BI (report building, dashboards, and data visualisation)Preferred Skills
Strong Excel and Access knowledge; PowerPoint for presentationsUnderstanding of database structures and data handling (import/export)About REL Field Marketing
