They are looking for an experienced Toolmaker to join the team on a full time, or part time 3 - 4 days per week basis. Job Summary: To be familiar with all Albright components machined on Robo Drill CNC, Saw and Manual machines within the machine shop. To be familiar with materials, tooling and machining methods used on CNC and Manual machines. Be competent with setting and programming Robo Drill CNC(Ability to use Reinshaw Software), Saw and Manual, ensuring that all tooling is correctly set so that components are manufactured correct to drawing dimensions. Ensure that CNC and Manual machines are set and run efficiently so as to minimise the amount of down time between component change overs. Be able to measure components produced on CNC and Manual machines fully, using various inspection equipment so as to ensure that components are manufactured to drawing dimensions and tolerances. Ensure that machines are cleaned of swarf and that oils/coolants are checked daily or as required.
