This pivotal role brings clarity to delivery, urgency to execution, and accountability at all levels. Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will act as their right-hand on execution, owning delivery across multiple teams and business missions. Your mission will be to own delivery across all company initiatives, ensuring priorities are clear, well-sequenced, and delivered at pace. You will maintain a comprehensive view of progress, dependencies, and risks, intervening early to drive recovery when delivery is at risk, while keeping teams focused on outcomes rather than outputs. You will hold cross-functional teams accountable, challenge unclear ownership, slow decision-making, and unnecessary processes, and resolve dependencies and conflicts to maintain momentum. As a delivery leader, you will set clear expectations for standards, pace, and accountability, establishing a strong operating rhythm for planning, tracking, and review.
