This is a key leadership role responsible for driving cash flow performance, improving processes, and leading a high-performing AR team across the UK and Ireland.The RoleAs Accounts Receivable Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AR function, ensuring operational excellence while delivering strategic improvements. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and optimising working capital.Key Responsibilities Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle across a large customer base Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue debt Review and approve credit limits, payment terms, and new credit applications Manage escalated and complex customer accounts Ensure compliance with UK regulations, including Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation Monitor aged debt and maintain DSO within target levels Produce monthly reporting, KPIs, and insights for senior stakeholders Manage bad debt provisions and write-off processes Lead account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issues Oversee invoicing, credit notes, and AR ledger integrity Drive continuous improvement across credit co
