Key Responsibilities include: Handle sensitive data in compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation.Write clinical system searches and support dashboard reporting.Use Excel, Power BI, Access, and Tableau to prepare, analyse, and publish data.Produce reports for internal teams and commissioning bodies.Liaise with partner organisations and provide data extraction solutions.Maintain accurate records and support departmental publications. Essential Skills and Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in higher education.Strong knowledge of data protection and handling protocols.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables/Charts, Conditional formatting and Power Query.Power BI experience, including integrating data, relational databases, reports and visualisations.
