As a Residential Team Leader, you will work with a team to deliver high-quality care to service users, build strong relationships with residents and their families, and keep your Line Manager informed of residents’ needs and progress.Be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Complete or work towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Follow guidelines and policies, write care plans, and participate in training and leadership development opportunities to enable progression within Shaw.Qualifications

Experience working with older people in residential care.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Employment type
