to lead cost and contract management across complex construction projects.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take ownership of:Cost planning, contract negotiation, and risk management from project inception to completionEnsuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfactionKey Responsibilities

Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projectsManage contracts, variations, claims, and disputesOversee tendering and procurement processesDeliver accurate cost reports and financial forecastsIdentify and mitigate commercial risksMentor junior surveyors and foster team developmentMinimum Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementExtensive experience in complex construction projectsStrong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost managementCompany Information
