Business Analyst 450 to 500 Per Day, Inside IR35 Cardiff HybridContract Until April 2027 Your new role We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of innovation and business improvement projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Digital, Cyber and delivery teams to understand business challenges, define requirements and ensure opportunities are properly assessed before solutions are developed, or investment decisions are made.What You''ll Be Responsible ForLeading and coordinating Business Analysis activity across innovation and business improvement projects.Gathering, analysing and documenting business, user, data, reporting and operational requirements.Mapping as-is and to-be processes, identifying pain points, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.Running stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand requirements and build agreement.Producing BA documentation including requirements catalogues, user stories, use cases, process maps, data catalogues, acceptance criteria and traceability records.Working with senior stakeholders, SMEs, process owners, Digital, Cyber and delivery teams.Helping prioritise requirements based on business value, risk, customer impact, cost, benefit and delivery complexity.Supporting business cases and investment decisions through structured requirements and options assessments.Maintaining traceability requirements throughout design, build, testing, ..... full job details .....
