We are now seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team and oversee our paediatric complex care packages. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, family-centred care while leading and developing clinical teams. You must have a full driving Licence and own a vehicle. Main Purpose of the Role Provide clinical leadership and support to nurses and carers across paediatric packages. Maintain clinical accountability for service users in the community, ensuring safe, evidence-based care. Assess patient needs, manage risks, and develop holistic, electronic care plans. Lead on training, development, and supervision of carers and nurses. Ensure compliance with NMC standards, safeguarding policies, and Airmid Staffing s patient safety protocols. Build strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), families, and external stakeholders. Particip
