Customer Service Administrator Location: WigstonSalary: £28,000 FTEHours: Monday to Friday, 08 30 or 09 00SF Recruitment is working with a growing business in Wigston who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.This is a hands-on customer service and administration role, dealing with customers, processing orders and working closely with the manufacturing and despatch teams.The Role You ll be responsible for: Handling incoming customer calls and enquiriesProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyChecking orders before sending them to the manufacturing teamContacting customers to confirm order details where neededManaging and processing standing ordersSetting up new customer accounts and ensuring paperwork is completed correctlyDealing with customer queries and resolving any issuesIdentifying potential sales opportunities and arranging sales visits where appropriateKeeping the daily diary up to date and preparing KPI reportsChecking orders against the original customer requestWorking with the despatch team to make sure paperwork is returned promptlyFollowing company procedures and maintaining accurate records About You We re looking for someone with: Previous experience in a customer service or office-based roleGood communication skills and a confident telephone mannerStrong attention to detailGood IT and administration skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workloadA practical and proactive ..... full job details .....
