Principal Associate Director - Commerce and Industry at Marks SattinMarks Sattin is proud to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing Infrastructure business seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting new acquisitions and developing financial models across operational and infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities;

Structure and evaluate potential deals for new acquisitions

Assess CapEx and OpEx plans to support investment decisions and operational efficiency

Analyze revenue streams and cost structures to forecast financial performance and identify value drivers

Support buy-side MandA activities, including financial due diligence and valuation modelling

Build and maintain robust financial models to inform strategic planning and scenario analysis

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, highly analytical and strong financial model skills. The ideal candidate will be experienced within the energy or infrastructure asset classes.
