The Council is finalising its new local plan; a plan that sets out a challenging agenda for growth involving sustainable urban extensions, an Enterprise Zone, regeneration areas and a significant level of new housing and employment to meet the needs well into 2030''s. The council is preparing a community Infrastructure Levy, a raft of supplementary Planning Documents and a Design Code. It is an exciting time to join and to make a positive contribution to the implementation of growth and the projects we are involved with.
