Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabricator / MIG Welder on behalf of our client based in Braintree.The OpportunityThis role involves working within a manufacturing environment, fabricating and assembling components to specification using MIG welding techniques while ensuring high quality standards are maintained.Roles and Responsibilities• Fabricating and assembling metal components using MIG welding techniques• Working from technical drawings, specifications and project requirements• Using hand tools, power tools and welding equipment safely and effectively• Conducting quality checks on welds and fabricated components• Working with materials such as steel and aluminium• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety regulations• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and improve workflow efficiencySuccessful candidates will have• Proven MIG welding experience• Strong understanding of fabrication processes including sheet metal and mechanical assembly• Experience using hand tools, power tools and welding equipment• Good mechanical knowledge and basic maths skills for measurements and calculations• Previous experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment• Strong attention to detail and quality standards• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamHours: 7:15 till 3:45PM Mon - FriMarket 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR
