We are recruiting on behalf of a trusted client for multiple Mechanical and Electrical Site Operative positions across a variety of construction sites in the North East, including Newcastle and surrounding areas. The Role: Assist in the installation of containment, cabling, lighting, pipework, and other building services Work to technical drawings and specifications under supervision Support snagging and quality assurance processes Follow site health and safety procedures and report any issues Collaborate with senior trades, engineers, and supervisors on daily site activities What We''re Looking For: Valid CSCS card (or ECS card for electrical operatives) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a mechanical or electrical trade military technical qualifications also considered Desirable (but not essential): 18th Edition, F-Gas, JIB Gold Card A strong work ethic, team-focused attitude, and a commitment to safety Especially suited to those with a military background (REME, Royal Engineers, RAF, Royal Navy) Whether you''re just getting started or already fully qualified, this is an opportunity to join a professional and well-supported team with clear career progression.
