Altro are looking for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of the UK''s national order management function. You will be based at our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire HQ, but will also have responsibility for teams based in Lowestoft, Suffolk and Maiden Newton, Dorset. The role known internally as the National Customer Operations Manager, is a permanent, hybrid working role (3 days a week in the office) with the requirement to travel to our other UK sites from time to time. You''ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders and quotations are processed accurately, efficiently and consistently, delivering an outstanding experience for our customers while supporting the commercial success of the business. This is more than a customer service role. We''re looking for someone who can think strategically, challenge existing ways of working and drive the future direction of our order management operation. You''ll play a key role in shaping processes, improving performance, introducing automation and ensuring the function is ready to support future growth of the company.
