Office Manager and Receptionist
OFFICE MANAGER AND RECEPTIONIST £45,000 p.a. dependent on experience, plus staff benefits Permanent, full-time Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh''s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London''s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham''s. The Office Manager and Receptionist provides the reception service and office management for our Head Office, Mackintosh House. A large part of this role will be providing reception cover, answering telephone calls and greeting guests, and managing a cover rota. You will also oversee room bookings, arrange hospitality and maintain all office and kitchen supplies for the building. You will support the Lead General Manager (Theatres Compliance) with implementing the Health and Safety practices and procedures and monitor building upkeep, liaising with the Property team as required. The successful candidate will have previous receptionist and administration experience, with a high level of computer literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with exceptional organisational skills.
