This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clients and cutting-edge AV technology in a field-based role focused on break/fix support, servicing, and commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Provide field-based break/fix support for integrated AV and video conferencing systemsDiagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently on client sitesPerform scheduled maintenance and system health checksCommission and configure AV systems to required standardsCollaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation, service reports, and technical logsRequired Skills and Experience:Proven experience in a field service role within the AV integration industryStrong technical knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Microsoft Teams RoomsConfident in fault-finding and hands-on break/fix workExperience with AV system commissioning; programming knowledge is advantageousExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently across multiple London-based client sites
