Our client values individuals who exhibit a strong sense of integrity, organisation, and clarity in communication, contributing to maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management across their operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.Support the team with AML/KYC checks in line with current regulatory frameworks.Ensure GDPR compliance is maintained across all relevant departments and processes.Contribute to the regular review and update of compliance documentation and risk assessments.Provide support during internal and external audits, demonstrating strong organisational skills.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and correspondence.Keep abreast of changes in relevant regulations and industry best practices, sharing insights with the team.RequirementsPrevious compliance experience, preferably within the insurance or broader financial services sector.Knowledge of wholesale international insurance compliance frameworks is highly advantageous.Working knowledge of AML / KYC frameworks and GDPR regulations.Strong organisational skills
