Hospitality Sales AdministratorLocation: Covent Garden, London Department: Sales and Events Contract: Temp - ongoingWe are looking for a highly organised, personable and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Sales Manager across three sites. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our sales and reservations process, managing incoming enquiries, following up with leads and coordinating with our on-site teams to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.You will act as a key link between prospective clients, the Sales team and the teams on the ground, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly, bookings are managed accurately and clients receive an excellent hospitality experience from their first interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and follow up on new sales leads and enquiries received through the website, email and reservation platforms.Respond to incoming enquiries, understand client requirements and ensure each enquiry is directed to the appropriate member of the Sales or on-site team.Support the management and coordination of reservations, events and bookings across three sites.Work closely with on-site teams to confirm availability, menus, event requirements and client-specific requests or modifications.Use 7Rooms, OpenTable and other reservation systems to manage bookings and maintain accurate client information.Follow up with prospective clients to progress enquiries and support the conversion of leads into confirmed bookings.Provide administrative support ..... full job details .....
