OverviewThis is a fast paced evolving credit control role reporting to the Head of credit control assisting in timely collection of premium due.

Responsibilities

Chasing Brokers / Clients for funds due on insurance premiums

Reporting – aged debt, Statement of accounts, adhoc reports (reports for brokers, underwriters and other departments in Volante).

Use autorek to cash matching funds received for premiums

Meeting with Underwriters and brokers and Head of Credit Control to resolve queries (internally and Externally)

Resolving queries raised by the business and other departments

Ensuring an effective process is developed and maintained for return and adjustable premiums

Ensuring the correct and timely payment of funds from the IBA account

Requirements

Strong Understanding of the Insurance Market and Lloyds of London market

Offshore / Onshore dynamics

Credit Control experience, ideally in the insurance market

Experience reporting internally and external
