A leading consultancy delivering Healthcare Trust Digital Transformation Projects for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations have an immediate requirement for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them.

Salary: Circa -70,000 - 80,000 basic (depending upon exp)

OTE Circa -150k+ uncapped + excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid - home/travel and 2 days in office - Guildford - GU1 4UT

As Business Development Manager it is essential you have 2 to 5 years business development experience, selling solutions into CIO level NHS contacts. Previous experience of selling digital health software (front end EPR systems) is essential.

This is a key role in the business which will involve both new business development and growing existing accounts. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in Guildford.

As Business Development Manager your main responsibilities:

• Win new business and growing existing accounts across your region.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, proposals and bids through to opportunity closure.
• Attend regional and national networking events and build strong client and partner relationships across your region.
