SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School in SaleTradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Sale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential.The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning, develop independence and build confidence. You may be supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs, and learning difficulties.The ideal candidate will have a positive, flexible approach, strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with students.
