The Role

You''ll be involved in:

- Contract administration and project delivery on refurbishment and improvement schemes.
- Building surveys, defect diagnosis and technical reporting.
- Schedules of condition and dilapidations-related instructions.
- Planned preventative maintenance programmes and lifecycle advice.
- Reinstatement cost assessments and professional surveying services.
- Building and developing relationships with a loyal and diverse client base.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

About You

- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.
- Experience delivering both professional and project work.
- Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills.
- Confident client-facing approach with commercial awareness.
- Motivated to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business growth.
