You''d be taking ownership of a defined section of the works, covering: Teaching block steel erection, pile caps and ground beams, leading into external envelope installation, with lifting operations throughout Sports block superstructure roofing, external cladding and internal slab formation Drainage overseeing and coordinating the sequence of works Internal fit-out once the superstructure completes, driving the programme and sequence, and overseeing the designated managers responsible for each fit-out section The Team Around You You''d be coordinating directly with the subcontractors'' own designated managers and overseeing Site Managers beneath you so this is a genuine senior appointment rather than a single-trade/package management role.
