Part-Time Administrator

Location: Longton, Stoke-on-Trent
Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 2:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a varied administrative role, ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and has good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and raising invoices.

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail.

• Managing incoming and outgoing emails.

• Answering and making telephone calls.

• Providing general administrative and office support.

• Maintaining accurate records and paperwork.

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Experience:

• Previous administration experience essential

• Good telephone and communication skills.

• Confident using emails and basic computer systems.

• Organised with good attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
