Build and Streamline Operational Pipelines. Design and maintain efficient workflows across corporate departments, ensuring smooth delivery of audits, hiring cycles, policies, contracts, and board reporting.Bridge Business and Creative Functions. Align corporate deliverables, such as staffing, legal approvals, and shareholder documentation, with game development and publishing milestones.Own High-Visibility Corporate Projects. Lead cross-functional initiatives including office launches, legal entity formation, compliance rollouts, and internal integration efforts.Drive Governance and Executive Reporting. Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver clear, timely reporting for boards, shareholders, and executive teams, support governance and audit processes.Champion Risk Management. Anticipate delivery obstacles and proactively surface and resolve risks across departments before they escalate.Establish Clarity Through Process. Introduce production best practices such as milestone tracking, risk registers, and dependency mapping to elevate the effectiveness of business operations.Foster Cross-Functional Accountability. Ensure alignment and follow-through across departments, providing transparency and momentum for high-impact deliverables.Note: This is an operational producer role, rather than game development.Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in production or program management roles within complex, fast-moving organizations.Strong grasp of internal corporate functions including HR, Legal, Finance, and Governance, with the ability to apply structure and process to these domains.Exceptional communicator with the ability to synthesize complex needs into actionable plans and updates for stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ability to implement structured reporting.Comfort and discretion in working with sensitive information across financial, legal, and shareholder-related matters.5-7 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who’ve worked at the intersection of business and creative teams.Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar) are a plus.Benefits
