SF Partners is recruiting an HR Advisor for a business based in Coventry. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you''ll support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, combining hands-on employee relations advice with recruitment, HR administration and people projects. This role would suit someone who can guide managers through difficult conversations, build effective working relationships and keep day-to-day HR processes running smoothly. Salary: £40,000 Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday The role - Advise managers and employees on employee relations, performance management and HR policies. - Manage disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. - Support recruitment, from preparing job descriptions and adverts through to screening and interviewing candidates. - Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters. - Contribute to employee engagement, training and development, and performance appraisal initiatives. - Maintain accurate employee records and produce HR reports to inform decisions. - Help review and update policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect UK employment law. About you You''ll bring HR advisory experience from an operational environment, a CIPD qualification and a sound understanding of UK employment law.
