Role Overview

Working as part of the mobilisation team, supporting the surveying and verification of M&E assets across client sites. The role will also involve providing some support to the Project Lead during mobilisation.

Key Duties

Conducting M&E asset surveys; identifying and recording mechanical and electrical assets; coding and tagging assets; validating asset information; updating asset registers; supporting mobilisation activities; assisting the Project Lead with delivery and site coordination.

Key Experience Required

Strong M&E / building services asset surveying background. Experience with asset collection, verification, coding and tagging.

Ideal Background

FM, building services, technical services, asset management, condition surveying or mobilisation projects.

Travel

Candidates must be comfortable travelling all over a particular region as required.
