This role offers genuine long-term progression, with a clear path to Head of Corporate and potential Directorship as part of future succession planning.You''ll work as part of a close-knit and collaborative department currently comprising the Head of Corporate, a 2-year PQE solicitor, a solicitor apprentice, and a part-time legal secretary. The team works closely with our Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation departments, providing a steady flow of high-quality cross-referred work.We''re looking for someone who can take on a key role within the department, manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm. Candidates with an existing following will also have the exciting opportunity to help establish a satellite office in Leeds or Harrogate.The RoleAdvising on a full range of corporate matters including MandA, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, restructures, and corporate governance.Working alongside the Head of Corporate with a view to taking over the role upon retirement.Supporting and mentoring junior team members.Collaborating with other departme
