A leading international facilities management provider is looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the UK private sector market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who has experience winning complex facilities management contracts and wants to accelerate their career within a market-leading organisation.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across a range of private sector clients.

Working closely with bid, operational and solution teams, you will lead opportunities from qualification through to contract award.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and developing new business opportunities
• Managing end-to-end sales processes
• Leading strategic bid submissions
• Building relationships with key decision makers
• Supporting solution development and commercial negotiations
• Delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets

About You

We''re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Proven FM business development experience
• A track record of winning integrated facilities management contracts
• Experience working on opportunities valued between -3m and -15m
• Exposure to hard FM, soft FM or bundled service solutions
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• The ambition to develop into a future sales leader

Experience within manufacturing, professional services, commercial property or wider private sector environments would be highly advantageous.
