Ideal Recruit is looking for Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation in Rugby.

With day and night shifts available, this role offers steady, long-term work completing deliveries and collections between depots and distribution centres.

Pay Rates (PAYE, Holiday Pay Included):

Monday–Friday

• Day (06:00–13:59): £17.38 p/h

• Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £19.18 p/h

• Night (22:00–05:59): £19.73 p/h

Saturday

• Day (06:00–13:59): £18.79 p/h

• Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £21.69 p/h

• Night (22:00–05:59): £21.91 p/h

Sunday

• Day (06:00–13:59): £21.91 p/h

• Afternoon (14:00–21:59): £22.69 p/h

• Night (22:00–05:59): £23.13 p/h

Your Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Class 2 deliveries and collections between depots and distribution centres

• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

• Keeping delivery paperwork accurate and up to date

• Following drivers’ hours rules and site safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) HGV licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
• A reliable, professional approach and a positive attitude.
