Reporting into a Global Group HRD, you will also be responsible for a small HR team.The HR Manager roleLead, support and develop the HR team, creating a positive, collaborative cultureOversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and transitionLead employee engagement initiatives and enhance the employee experienceProvide expert advice on employee relations, performance, disciplinaries and grievance mattersPartner with managers on learning and development, including training needs and budget managementManage HR operations, overseeing payroll processes and employee records for accuracy and complianceSupport international colleagues and projects across multiple locationsAnalyse HR metrics to inform business decisions and continuous improvementAbout youCIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) or substantial relevant experienceSignificant HR experience, ideally
