These range from small boxes with a single PCB to full 19 rack systems combining COTs and custom-designed chassis, electronics, and cables. You will use a methodical approach to break down assembly operations into costed elements, ensuring timely quotations for both new and existing customers. Responsibilities: • Prepare quotations for cost-effective assembly of new products, particularly general assembly and box build work, by assessing manufacturing processes and times • Break down customer requirements into elements for purchasing and manufacturing, even when outside standard scope of works • Become fully conversant with the Epicor ERP system, particularly the quotes section, including producing reports • Create Bills of M
