PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Document Controller to Join their team on a permanent basis.

Document Controller / Site Administrator Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing document control and being the first point of contact for all document control issues
• Update and maintain company share drive with all project documentation
• Weekly material/plant/waste returns
• Scanning and filing of site documentation
• Updating site drawing register
• Arranging and responsible for Vehicle Passes
• On boarding / security clearance and booking inductions
• Collecting and chasing operatives'' paperwork
• Booking in visitors for temporary passes
• Booking in deliveries
• Chasing for the correct information/booking forms from supply chain
• Dealing with any questions from Sizewell
• Investigating transport failings and complaints from Sizewell
• Requesting App log in codes for haulier/drivers
• Checking app usage and chasing those not using
• Completing Waste and materials trackers
• Comply with Company procedures and policies

Document Controller / Site Administrator Requirements

• CSCS Card (Ideally)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous Document Controller experience
• Previous experience working within the Construction Industry

Document Controller / Site Administrator Benefits

• Salary - -35,000 - -45,000 DOE
• Potential Car Allowance
• Based in Sizewell
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
