We currently have an opportunity for an experienced individual on a fixed term contract to support the sales team

• Maintain and update internal systems, records, and sales documentation
• Process customer orders and raise purchase orders accurately.
• Track live orders and maintain critical path schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Produce and maintain customer order books and update purchase order information as required.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to obtain order updates.
• Review reports and shipping documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide updates
• General day to day administrative tasks

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within a Sales Administrator position.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent MS Office skills and experience using CRMs
