You will manage your own caseload of predominantly fast-track pre- and post-issue OL/PL claims, supported by a strong internal infrastructure, excellent training, and high-calibre non-CMC work sources. Your new roleThis Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you Manage a litigated OL/PL caseload independently from cradle to grave.Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice.Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where required.Work within a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and client care.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for clients.Keep fully up to date with relevant legislation and procedural developments.
