Responsibilities:The Deputy Director of People will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will lead on all People matters, including HR, EDI, Learning and Development and National Volunteering. This role will offer you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for all the charity employees as well as the children, young people and families that use their services.
