Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Oxford (Hybrid)
Rate: £550 - £600 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major civils project based in Oxford.

This is a freelance opportunity offering £550 - £600 per day, with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of a major civils project
• Cost management, forecasting and reporting
• Subcontract management and procurement
• Valuations and payment applications
• Change and variations management
• Contract administration
• Working with NEC contracts
• Supporting the wider commercial team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong civils/construction background
• NEC contract experience
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractors and commercial packages
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
