This is a varied, nurse-led role offering autonomy, strong clinical variety, and the opportunity to shape health and wellbeing across a complex, high-risk site. The Role In this position, you will provide a mix of clinical assessments, case management, and health surveillance, typically including: Delivering a full range of OH services, ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standardsSickness absence referrals (approx. 3-12 per week), triage, and return-to-work recommendationsHealth surveillance including audiometry, spirometry, DandA testing and vision screeningSupporting workplace wellbeing, health promotion, and risk reduction initiativesInputting into workplace risk assessments and advising on work-related ill healthWorking closely with the OH Physician, Physio and wider team, deputising as required You''ll join a supportive team structure including an OH Manager, full-time OHN, trainee nurse, part-time admin support, outsourced physio and physician cover.
