We''re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a talented team responsible for introducing and supporting the manufacture of complex electromechanical products.

You''ll play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), Design for Manufacture, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Engineering strategy, ensuring products transition smoothly from design into production.

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Support Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement projects.
• Support Production, Supply Chain and Engineering teams.
• Drive PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis and 8D problem solving.
• Manage manufacturing documentation including BOMs, work instructions and testing procedures.

You''ll ideally have experience within:

• Manufacturing Engineering leadership.
• Low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing.
• Electromechanical products.
• PCB-based assemblies.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Continuous Improvement.
• NPI and process development.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management.
