Job title: Head of Quality, Regulation and Estates Compliance Location: Primarily based in Kent or East Sussex. The role requires three days a week on-site and two days working from home. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance activities to ensure our clients homes not only meet but exceed regulatory expectations.Conduct in-depth audits and design innovative processes for continual improvement.Stay updated on CQC regulations and implement necessary changes across our clients homes.Monitor Estates compliance, ensuring all checks and certifications are correctly filed and maintained.Collaborate with senior management and staff to foster a culture of excellence and good practise.Deliver training programmes for 500+ staff members, ensuring compliance and competency in their roles.Manage esca
