Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Birmingham City Centre, £45,000+ (DOE) – Are you a driven Solicitor with at least one year’s experience in Property Litigation£ Looking to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned law firm with a reputation for excellence£ If so, this is the role for you. THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload.
• Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters.
• Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
• You will have a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include commercial lease renewals, residential landlord and tenant disputes including possession claims and enforcement, Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE in property litigation.
• Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure.
• Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
• Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, organised, and a great team player.
