The Role:

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the front-of-house operation, working closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to ensure service excellence, staff performance, and the smooth operation of day-to-day service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing FOH team to consistently deliver world-class guest experiencesManage daily service, guest relations, reservations, and team schedulingCollaborate with the back-of-house to ensure seamless communication and alignmentMonitor financial performance and budgets, and implement strategies to drive profitabilityMaintain Michelin-level service standards, attention to detail, and ambianceEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a fine dining/Michelin-level restaurantDeep understanding of luxury service, wine and beverage programs, and guest engagementProven leadership, training, and team development skillsA calm, organized, and professional demeanor with exceptional problem-solving abilitiesPassion for hospitality and a relentless pursuit of excellence
